Service Learning students from Jefferson County High School, under the direction of Mrs. Sheila Evans, have been helping out in many ways.

The students raise and lower tents, clean up brush, and are doing an inventory of books. Several have also volunteered at various events on site.

At Christmas, students dressed in period costumes to guide visitors around the grounds and through the house.
